AGREEMENT TO RULES OF USER CONDUCT
By posting information in or otherwise using any communication service including posting Options trading positions, responding to website surveys that may be available to you on or through this site, you agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content -- including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information -- that:

• is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), uses vulgar languageor otherwise violates PartnerUp Associate?s rules or policies or these Rules of User Conduct;
• victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
• infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party;
• constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk e-mail (also known as "Spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling;
• contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party; or
• impersonates any person or entity, including any employee or representative of PartnerUp Associates.
• Post Options trading positions that have been acquired or bought from another source on or off the Internet.

You also agree that you will not harvest or collect information about the users or members of this site or use such information for the purpose of transmitting or facilitating transmission of unsolicited bulk electronic e-mail or communications.

You further agree that you will not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from a minor (anyone under 18 yrs old). Personal information includes but is not limited to name, address, phone number or name of their school.

PartnerUp Associates generally does not pre-screen, monitor, or edit the content posted by users of Options trading positions or other interactive services that may be available on or through this site. However, PartnerUp Associates and its agents have the right at their sole discretion to remove any content that, in PartnerUp Associate's judgment, does not comply with the Rules of User Conduct or is otherwise harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. PartnerUp Associates is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Options Trading Lessons is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement without your express permission or unless ordered by a court of law.

REGISTRATION
No registration is required to view the Options Trading Lessons website.  However, in order to use certain paying features of Options Trading Lessons such as submitting or viewing an Options trading position or downloading our lessons you will be required to register and pay the appropriate fee for that service.

SHARING
When users register on the Options Trading Lessons website we do not share, rent or sell our members' name, e-mail address or any other personally identifiable information to third parties.

NEWSLETTER UNSUBSCRIBE/OPT-OUT
All recipients of the Options Trading Lessons Newsletter are given the opportunity to unsubscribe from the e-mail newsletter (opt-out) at any time by clicking on a link at the bottom of the e-mail. You can also unsubscribe by updating your account profile on our site.

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
In Contact Us, visitors to the website and/or members can utilize Options Trading Lessons's Contact Us form to request information about our services or customer support.  A visitor's name, company, e-mail and phone number are requested to facilitate communication about their request for information or support.  The personally identifiable information collected on the website is not shared with any third party.

COOKIES
Cookies are not required for members to utilize the Options Trading Lessons website.  However, we do require you to Login once per session if you choose to utilize a paying service on our site.

HTML AND LINK DETECTORS
Options Trading Lessons embeds HTML and link detectors in all e-mail transmissions to allow Options Trading Lessons to assess the effectiveness of their e-mail campaigns.  The detectors track recipients' capability of receiving HTML messages and the aggregate number of HTML messages opened.  The detectors also track the links that recipients click on within the e-mail. The detectors do not collect any other information.

LOG FILES
We use Domain addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Domain addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

ONLINE SECURITY
Online security is enhanced by our use of firewalls protecting all of the Options Trading Lessons servers. The physical servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure facility that only authorized network administrators have access to.  This facility provides security 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and protects our servers against power outages by using automated backup power systems.

OFFLINE SECURITY
Client information and data is stored in a secure facility within the Options Trading Lessons offices.  Only PartnerUp Associates employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.  All employees are trained on our security and privacy practices.

CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS
Members will receive administrative e-mails that are related to the operational management of their account, such as content submissions or surveys.  When registering, members are choosing to receive a weekly or monthly promotional e-mail specifically regarding Options trading or new services.  Options Trading Lessons does not allow 3rd parties to correspond with our members.  From time-to-time, we may request information from members via surveys.  Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary. Information requested may include contact and demographic information, as well as opinions about Options Trading Lessons.  Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of the service.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
Changes to Options Trading Lessons's privacy policy will be posted on this website. Changes will automatically be in effect 30 days after they are initially posted.  PartnerUp Associates will send an e-mail to all members advising them of any changes and their effective date.
